MY DECISION - HORROR TRAILER OR MUSIC VIDEO?

After watching several horror film teaser trailors and music videos I have decided I will be producing a music video for my coursework. I have chosen to produce this because I feel I will enjoy doing this the most as I have great interest in music and enjoy watching music videos and listening to them in my spare time. I feel creating a horror film trailer will be too difficult as I will not have access to the appropiate actors/actresses and location. Now I have made my decision I am able to create my own production company and analyse in detail professional music videos of I my choice.

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to my A2 Media Blog where I will be posting over the next couple of months the progress in completing my coursework. I will be sharing all the planning and research that will contribute to my final product. My task it to either create a horror film teaser trailer or a music video from a genre of my choice. I am currently deciding which product to create where I shall be researching into the two types of video and gathering my own initial ideas. Depending on which option I choose I will also be creating a digipak including a magazine, poster and album cover for the video/film's release. 
The skills I learnt at AS when designing my music magazine I can now use at A2 as I comfortable with using basic editing software's and to how professionally design a media product.
